I live in Springfield, Missouri with my retired graphic artist husband. I attended Missouri State University as an art education major. I really enjoyed taking a variety of art classes to try my hand at different mediums.

I have loved art since I was a child. I'm a third generation artist. My father is a retired architect and a photographer. My mother was an artist as well. My dad's mother, who recently passed away, was also a painter and a weaver.

My paintings have appeared in many local shows and sales, and have found new homes all over the US and a couple went to Canada. I'm an active member of the Springfield Regional Arts Council.
